Understanding Criminal Defense
All criminal cases are started with a complaint filed by either the State of Arizona or the federal government. Depending on whether the case is brought in a municipal or town court, the city or town prosecuting you will have its own prosecuting agency. If your case is brought in a county court, the county attorney's office is the prosecutor. If your case is brought in federal court, whether it is a felony or a misdemeanor, the United States Attorney's Office will prosecute the case.
CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY LAW
Handling Your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
There are times in life when people find themselves in such difficult financial straits that they are unable to pay of their debts. In my 30 plus years in the practice of law, I have seen that many times this situation comes about through unforeseen circumstances, such as the loss of employment, health problems, the decision to help other family members who are in similar financial straits, as well as lack of adequate financial planning. It is because many times bad things happen to good people that the United States government implemented the United States Bankruptcy Code many years ago.
